Description
Temple jewellery comes from South India, where it was first made to adorn temple deities and later worn by classical dancers and brides. This antique-finish kada is made in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, in gold-plated copper, set with kemp stones and decorated with divine figures.
A kada is a rigid bangle, worn alone or with glass bangles. It is a natural partner for a Kanjeevaram or silk saree, for festive gatherings, cultural events and weddings.
